What is grounding and why is it important?
When you feel like your thoughts are all over the place, can't control your thoughts, having anxiety, can't sleep, and/or at the beginning of your spiritual awakening, you are likely not grounded. Balance of the mind, body and soul requires you to be able to be connected to spirit and be connected to the earth. Grounding is a great way to balance out when the connection to spirit is too strong or you are feeling too scattered in your brain. Below are simple ways to ground:
*Take your socks and shoes off and put your bare feet on the ground/grass
*Eat root vegetables
*Stomp your feet on the ground or run/jog
*Put on a fun song and dance your heart out
*Do a grounding meditation
